NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentage above or below on approved estimated (DNIT) amount are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below from the contractors/firms enlisted / renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year (2021-22) in the field of Highways works.
Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation of bids in the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC license, Identity Card of contractor / managing partner / director of the firm along with registered power of attorney on stamp paper and on payment of prescribed tender fee deposited in shape of original Challan Form-32-A deposited in National Bank of Pakistan, Sargodha, under Head of Account C-02716-Others in favour of Executive Engineer Highway Division Sargodha.

Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable.
Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication upto 26.04.2022 and will be received on 28.04.2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM in the office of Commissioner, Sargodha Division Sargodha on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their authorized representatives.
The conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR only from any scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Highway Division Sargodha and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal as per PPRA Rule 35 (Rejection of Bids).
