Conditions of Tender 1. Tender documents can be obtained immediately after the publication from the office of Chief Engineer
upon written request accompanied with attested copy of PEC License, Enlistment letter, Identity Card of Contractor / Managing Partner / Director of the Firm, Affidavit of Non-Blacklisting, Affidavit of no litigation and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier’s cheque of any
scheduled bank in favour of Treasurer University of Education, Lahore. 2. Details of work can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day, during office hours. 3. Telegraphic / conditional tender or tender by post and tenders not accompanied with above mentioned
earnest money in shape of CDR of any scheduled Bank in favor of Treasurer University of Education,
Lahore will not be entertained. 4. In case the tender amount is 5% below than DNIT, additional performance security will have to be
provided in shape of Call Deposit (CDR) to the name of Treasurer University of Education, Lahore
within 14 days otherwise earnest money will be forfeited. 5. Tenders will be issued up-to, 02:00 P.M 22-04-2022. 6. Tenders will be received up-to 10:00 A.Mon, 25-04-2022, along with original CDR forearnest money in
favour of Treasurer University of Education, Lahore and shall be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M in the presence of the bidders or authorized representatives in University of Education, Township campus
Lahore by the committee. 7. Tender Opening Committee for University of Education reserves the right to reject all the tenders under PPRA rules 35.
